By continuing to use our services, you, the Customer, acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as other provisions set forth by Helloilmare in connection with the services provided through this Site. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not access or use this Site or any services provided herein.

The content of this Site, including but not limited to its design, layout, text, images, and other information, is protected by copyright and is owned by Helloilmare unless otherwise indicated. The Helloilmare name, logo, and design are trademarks registered in Indonesia. The use of these trademarks, logos, and copyrights is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Helloilmare.
USE OF THE SITE
Customers represent and warrant that they are accessing this Site through a legitimate provider that supports and can facilitate access to the services offered herein. Unauthorized use of this Site, including but not limited to unauthorized access to information or data, misuse of passwords, or unauthorized use of any services or information on this Site, is strictly prohibited. Your eligibility for certain products and services is subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable to those products, as stipulated herein.
All information on this Site is provided for general purposes only and may be subject to change at any time at Helloilmare's sole discretion without prior notice.

Customers may apply for services offered through this Site; however, Helloilmare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make any decision regarding such applications and services. Helloilmare provides no warranty regarding the approval or provision of any services applied for through this Site, but it may, at its discretion, provide explanations or assistance to Customers.
Helloilmare makes every reasonable effort to ensure the smooth operation of this Site; however, it shall not be held responsible for any errors or omissions on this Site. No warranty, express or implied, is provided regarding the non-infringement of third-party rights, freedom from viruses, or the availability of services interrupted due to technical issues beyond Helloilmare’s control. Customers agree that Helloilmare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate Site services in the event of technical difficulties, network failures, or any activity that may be deemed unlawful.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES
In addition to the general terms and conditions outlined herein, the following specific terms apply to Helloilmare’s services:
Helloilmare Services
Helloilmare provides repair services for sofas and chairs, including reupholstery, foam replacement, slipcover installation or replacement, fabric installation or replacement, and general framework repair, as determined by Helloilmare.
Support services, such as consultations via chat, home visits, and other forms of communication, are also provided, as determined from time to time by Helloilmare.
Detailed explanations of our services are provided on this Site and/or in specific orders, and by placing an order, Customers are deemed to have understood and accepted the nature and scope of the services being ordered.Terms of Booking Services
Orders must be placed through this Site or via consultation with our Customer Service/Sales Representatives by completing the required forms and fulfilling the requirements set by Helloilmare.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of their orders.
Order modifications are permitted, subject to cost adjustments, and Helloilmare reserves the right to revise prices according to the changes in services requested.
Helloilmare may impose deadlines for order modifications and reserves the right to update these provisions without prior notice. For customer satisfaction, we will communicate updates through this Site.Service Provision and Completion
Services commence when Helloilmare receives the item at the customer's location or, if the service is conducted at a Helloilmare facility, upon receipt of the item at our site.
Both parties must agree on the time and location for service or pickup.
If a mutually agreed time cannot be determined, Helloilmare reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order or service without liability for compensation.
If either party requests a rescheduling, both parties will make efforts to agree on a new schedule in good faith. However, Helloilmare may unilaterally cancel the order or service without compensation if the service cannot be completed in a reasonable time.
Services will be completed according to the agreed schedule and timeframe, based on the Customer’s order.
Delays in service completion do not entitle the Customer to compensation, but Helloilmare will always strive to meet service expectations.Pick-up and Delivery Provisions
Pick-up and delivery services may incur additional fees, payable by the Customer according to Helloilmare’s policies.
Delivery of items carries inherent risks, and insurance is recommended. Helloilmare is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Helloilmare may, in good faith, offer to re-perform the services at a special rate.
Liability for issues arising from courier services, including theft or vandalism, rests with the courier. However, Helloilmare may act as a mediator to resolve disputes between the Customer and the courier.Payment Provisions
Payment must be made according to the amount and timeframe specified in the invoice issued by Helloilmare, including any adjustments or additional charges.
Late payments may result in penalties determined solely by Helloilmare.
Unresolved payment obligations grant Helloilmare the right to retain the serviced items.
Payment methods, including but not limited to internet banking, are subject to Helloilmare’s discretion, and the company reserves the right to change payment methods.
Customers must ensure that all payment instructions and details are accurate. Any errors made by the Customer are their responsibility, and services cannot be refunded or returned.
Payment procedures follow the provisions set by Helloilmare and/or the payment service provider.Guarantee Provisions
Helloilmare provides a limited warranty on workmanship, such as sewing and gluing. This warranty does not cover fabric quality, durability, or color.
The warranty is limited to workmanship errors and does not include issues related to fabric selection, material quality, or differences from sample images.
Warranty claims are subject to Helloilmare’s approval following a post-service inspection.Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Helloilmare is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on this Site.
In no event shall Helloilmare be responsible for losses or damages arising from or in connection with the use of this Site, including any indemnity or liability claims.
Customers agree to indemnify Helloilmare against claims, losses, or expenses resulting from the use of this Site or its services.
FEES AND EXPENSES
Customers are responsible for all third-party costs associated with using the Site, such as data charges or service fees. Helloilmare reserves the right to determine, amend, or remove any fees associated with its services, with prior notice provided to Customers.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. Helloilmare disclaims liability for any information, products, or services offered on third-party websites. By using this Site, Customers acknowledge and agree to provide Helloilmare with the necessary information (which may include personal data) for service purposes. Helloilmare will maintain the confidentiality of such information in accordance with applicable laws. Helloilmare may use this information for marketing purposes or share it with authorized third parties, subject to Customer consent.

In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail. The use of this Site is governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by consensus; if not possible, disputes shall be resolved through the South Jakarta District Court, without prejudice to Helloilmare’s right to pursue other legal remedies.
